Prices shown above exclude VAT. VAT is charged at 5%. Discounts will be automatically applied when the appropriate quantity is added to your basket. Please note, bulk discounts are calculated per design.

Lead Times

Total lead time is made up of three parts:

[Sample/Payment] + [Printing Time] + [Shipping] = Total Lead Time

Sample/Payment: If you order via the website, payment will be taken immediately. We will print a sample within 1 working day, and send a photo for you to review.

Printing Time: Once the sample is approved, we will print your order. Print times will vary depending on how busy we are, but the following provides an estimate:

• 50 – 500 packets = 1-2 working days
• 501 – 1,000 packets = 3 working days
• 1,001 – 2,500 packets = 5 working days
• For larger quantities please enquire to confirm current lead times.

Shipping: Within the UK, this usually takes 1-2 working days. For international orders this can increase significantly.

What does the condom wrapper look like?

Your design will be printed onto the front of a white packet. Since this product is for a full foil print, we will print the background colour you choose right to the edge. The back of the packet cannot be customised, and is white with black text (legal and safety information). If you only require a white background, please use this product.

Please note: text or graphics printed close to the edges will distort, which is why this is limited. If you have a design that requires printing something more complex than a block colour near the edges, please get in touch and we can do a test print before you place an order.

How do I change the background colour?

First click the ‘Customise’ button to open the product designer. Click anywhere on the blank packet, and then click on the paint button icon below it to choose your colour. It looks like this:

I want to print text/graphics closer to the edge, is this possible?

Yes, this is possible, although results will vary. If you wish to print closer to the edge than the online design tool allows, please place your order without a design, and instead email your design to sales@customcondoms.co.uk. We will print a sample and send a photo to you to review before going ahead.

Do I get to see a proof of my design?

Yes, we will print an actual sample and send a photo of it to you to review.

Are the condoms safe to use?

Yes! Our condoms are real and safe to use. They are tested electronically and meet the following standards:

• CE approved (Europe)
• International ISO standards

What size are the condoms?

The condoms are standard size. The maximum length is approximately 180mm and the width is approximately 53mm. The condom wrappers measure approximately 60mm by 60mm.
